We did manage to take some pictures in Brighton

We saw these three first of all;

I love the shoes, there worn in the most perfect way. Also the cardigans are amazing. Especially the one on the right, it reminds me of that preppy chic look that kanye west kinda goes for. I don't know what do you think? Oh and I'd just like to say that I wasn't sure that men could pull off the long cardigan thing but I'm almost convinced now. You can't fully see the bag that the one in the middle was wearing but it was a sort of satchel and his whole outfit looks like he has actually thought about but not that too much time had been spent over it. The outfits are perfectly put together. This is how all friends should go out down the lanes of Brighton - if everyone did the world would be a more beautiful place.

Then this:

He walked past us. Aimee and I stopped and did a double take. Then I ran down the road after him for the picture. I'm sorry if he ever finds this blog the picture isn't the best. Anyway onto the outfit.. the button hole is gorgeous, I for one believe more people should pay attention to the details of an outfit, for example if you saw this outfit without the buttonhole or any of the other amazing 'adornments' I feel that the atmosphere might be lost. I don't know whether thats the right way to describe it. Then again I quite like the idea that an outfit could have an atmosphere about it. The blazer is lovely, I love the fact it only has one button. It's quite unusual because most blazers you see at the moment have far to many buttons and unnecessary 'ornaments'. This one is really quite understated and I think this shows off the details of the outfit perfectly. To be honest this is one of the best 'looks' for awhile.

I may of got slightly carried away with the outfit descriptions but my latest obsession is how even the tiniest aspects of an ensemble (as mariah carey calls it haha) can change the whole look so much. I've also been quite interested in how versatile most items are and how things can be interpreted to fit in to many styles. I'm quite inspired to focus more on perhaps just one aspect of the outfit and make sure I draw a lot of attention to that.
Getting carried away again but a long post was needed
